A Swamp workshop like none other

With the rise in popularity of swamp photography and the increasing workshops being offered, I am happy to offer one of the only trips guided by a local photographer. This trip is unique to many of the standard 3-day workshops being offered. We are offering a 7 day workshop that does not just stay in one swamp. We travel throughout Louisiana to areas very few photographers reach. This year I will be joined by extraordinary Belgian photographer Julie Verlinden as co-host/guide.

options & flexibility

An outfitting service a cut above the rest.

Kayaking in the swamp is one of the best ways to get unique and interesting compositions.

We understand that not everyone will want to kayak for 7 days straight, so we will have boats and kayaks available for this workshop.

When conditions are best for shooting from the kayaks we will launch into scenic areas and shoot from the kayaks working our own unique perspectives.

We will also have small private boats available to shoot from.

This allows us to take a break from kayaking some days and recharge our energy.

We can reach further off locations and take a break from paddling on some days.

As a local outfitting service we are not just a middle man renting local services and upcharging the client.

We have some of the best equipment available and the most flexibilty in our locations all while charging one of the most affordable rates in the industry.
